Bridge Bank and WorldBridge Sport Village sign memorandum of understanding for home loan


Bridge Bank yesterday announced the launch of official cooperation with WB Sport Village Co. Ltd to offer a special package of housing loans in the WorldBridge Sport Village project, including houses and condominiums to buyers.

After signing the MoU at WorldBridge Sport Village with Dr Simon Vancliff, Managing Director of WB Sport Village and Richard Liew, Managing Director of Bridge Bank, said the cooperation would allow customers to own the home or condominium of their dreams at WorldBridge Project Sport Village up to 90% loan size, up to 25 years tenure, competitive interest rate and fast approval.

Vancliff said, “We are honored to be cooperating with Bridge Bank to provide convenient residential loans to further facilitate our customers’ financial needs to own residential units within WBSV.”

Located along National Road No. 6, WorldBridge Sport Village is close to Morodok Techo National Sports Complex, which will host all major events of the 32nd Sea Games in 2023.
