The federal government has announced that it will provide job aids and housing loans to 118 graduates of its Leadership Enhancement and Development Program (LEAD-P).
The Chief of Service of the Federation (HoCSF), Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, gave the assurance while addressing the great-aunts during the graduation ceremony of the Lead-P recipients.
According to her, the LEAD-P training that was to produce the next generation of leaders in the federal public service was intended to train about 100 officers each year in pay levels 10 to 14.

Yemi-Esan noted that Lead-P training aims to train 100 officers at salary levels 10 to 14 each year, intended to produce the next generation of federal civil service leaders.
She also added that her office has made arrangements to ensure that each of the 118 beneficiaries has laptops to enhance their work.
Meanwhile, Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), praised Yemi-Esan for his laudable initiative, saying weak leadership has been the bane of the civil service over time.
